2008 Season
Despite being a rookie, Lingo managed to post the best batting average on the team. She finished the season with a .332 hitting percentage, stroking 47 hits in 147 at-bats with a co-leading 14 extra base hits (seven doubles, four triples, three home runs). She was second on the team with 19 RBI. Lingo hit in nine of her final 12 regular-season games, hitting .350 during the run (14 for 40). She had at least one hit in 31 of her 50 games, which includes 12 multiple hit games. She was one of only two players to have as many  walks as strikeouts in 2008, joining Julia Jacoby for the honor. Lingo was also successful on the base paths, stealing five bases in as many attempts. She also hit .308 against MAAC foes and .300 versus the MAAC tournament field.

Before Fairfield
Lingo graduated from Cape Henlopen High School where she led the state of Delaware in home runs during the 2007 campaign. She also is a member of the MD Riveria Beach Spirit ASA team. She is studying business management.
