2008 Season
Ritacco appeared in 17 games during the year and gained a start against Providence on March 27. She earned 15 at-bats and scored three runs, coming home against Syracuse, Indiana, and Rhode Island. She earned three walks, and scored a run in each of those games. She appeared in both ends of a doubleheader against Boston College and Lehigh University.

2007 Season
Ritacco contributed as an infielder and as a designated player in 2007, playing in 11 games. She played in both ends of a doubleheader against Marist and University of Rhode Island. She started four games during the campaign - San Diego, Yale, Marist, and Columbia. She batted .125 as a starter with one hit in eight at-bats, stroking a single against Yale. She also reached base twice with a walk against Quinnipiac and Marist.

Before Fairfield
Ritacco enrolled at Fairfield University via Trumbull High School, where she was a regular for the softball team. She also played several seasons with the Connecticut Tradition summer program. She plans to study English at Fairfield.
