FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- The Stags softball team has rescheduled its Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) doubleheader with Iona College for April 29. The original game date was April 11, but heavy rain forced the cancellation of the twinbill.

The games will be played in New Rochelle with the first pitch slated for 2:30 pm. The second game was start immediately after the opening contest. The doubleheader is one of MAAC dates scheduled that week, as the Stags host Saint Peter's on April 26 and Manhattan on May 3.
