Donovan missed just two games during the season which came on consecutive dates - Saint Francis and Lock Haven.

2006 Season: Donovan split her time between being a starter and a reserve, entering the game as a starter four times and as a reserve on five occasions.  The defender gained her starts against three conference opponents (Siena, Sacred Heart, Lock Haven) and one non-conference foe (Columbia). She provided strong play on the defensive side of the field, keeping the opposition in check. Donovan helped the Stags defense yield one goal or less in four of her nine appearances. Offensively, Donovan recorded a shot against Robert Morris, her only shot attempt of the season.

During her four-year stay, Donovan earned the best defense award four times, received two most valuable player awards, and was All-League, All-Area, and All-State in her senior season. She established a school record for most varsity games played (77). She helped Branford High School to two state championships (2002, 2004). Donovan also played lacrosse at Branford High School, and earned the team's most improved player as a sophomore and best defensive player as a junior.
