2007 Season: Piacquadio became a key contributor to the Stags cause in her first year with the program, and earned a spot on the America East All-Rookie team as well as the NFHCA National Academic Squad. She scored one goal during her inaugural season, sending home the game winner in a 1-0 victory against St. Joseph's. She posted 11 shots during the season which included two against St. Joseph's, Sacred Heart, and Robert Morris. The forward played in all 20 games, one of four Fairfield student athletes to accomplish the feat, and started eight of those contests. Piacquadio started five consecutive games between September 28 and October 10.
Before Fairfield: Jill Piacquadio came to Fairfield University via Brewster High School where she excelled both as a field hockey and basketball player. She earned All-League honors on the hardwood, as well as a pair of All-Section accolades. She helped Brewster capture a League championship in basketball as well. She is a member of the National Honor Society.
