2007: Clements started all 17 games in which he played, missing only regular-season games against Marist and Iona. Through his career, he has started 47 of his 48 appearances in a Stags uniform, and has started every game as a sophomore and as a junior. A key defender, Clements was on the field for all but one of the team's 10 shutouts (Iona). Last season, Clements tallied a goal and two assists for four points. He netted a goal and an assist in a win at Hartford, and added an assist in the team's 3-0 victory over Manhattan. For his efforts, Clements was named to the All-MAAC second team, his third selection to a conference post-season team.

2006: Clements was in the starting lineup 21 times. He helped anchor the Stags defense, which ranked first in the conference for goals allowed per game (0.84) and represented the only MAAC team that averaged less than one goal allowed per game. Clements earned second team All-MAAC accolades, his second post-season award in as many years. He also provided offense when necessary, registering a pair of assists on the season. Clements set up the game-winning goal with under a minute to play against Marist (1-0), and assisted on the game-winner in a 2-1 overtime decision at Saint Peter's.

2005: Although a newcomer to the program, Clements was in the starting lineup on opening day and helped the team post an impressive 2-1 win over North Carolina State. He remained in the starting lineup for the next four games, before coming off the bench in a loss to Lafayette. An injury forced him out of the lineup for a few weeks. He returned to the starting 11 on October 1 against nationally-ranked Fairleigh Dickinson, a game which the Stags won by a 2-0 count. Clements tallied his first career point in that game with an assist. He appeared in 13 of the team's 20 games, which was enough for the defender to receive a spot on the MAAC All-Rookie team.

Before Fairfield: Clements' experience includes time with the England Schoolboys squad in 2003. He was named team captain of the Suffolk County team. His major is business.
