Randy Wilhelm is in his second season as an assistant coach with the Fairfield University rowing program, working with the novice teams.

He rowed for seven years before moving into the coaching ranks, including time with the Fairfield University men's rowing team. His rowing resume also includes time with Chaminade High School, Sagamore Rowing Association, Saugatuck Rowing Club, and the New York Athletic Club.

He is also a Masters Sculling Instructor in addition to his coaching at Fairfield University.

Wilhelm graduated from Fairfield University with a degree in Psychology and Philosophy. He is a native of Glen Cove, N.Y.
